What We Offer
Comprehensive TRT Services
Every service is designed around you — your labs, your goals, your life.
Our Approach
More Than a Prescription
At myTRTmd, testosterone replacement therapy is not a one-size-fits-all solution. Our board-certified physician takes the time to understand your full health picture before recommending any protocol — and stays with you every step of the way.
Initial Consultation
A thorough one-on-one evaluation with our board-certified physician. We review your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, and goals to determine whether TRT is right for you.
Includes comprehensive lab work review and symptom assessment.
Lab Work & Diagnostics
Comprehensive blood panels to measure testosterone levels, thyroid function, metabolic markers, and more — giving us the full picture before any treatment begins.
We interpret results in context, not just against a reference range.
Personalized Protocol Design
No cookie-cutter dosing. Your protocol is built around your specific lab values, symptoms, and health goals — then refined over time as your body responds.
Protocols may include injections, topical gels, or other delivery methods.
Ongoing Monitoring & Adjustments
Regular follow-up appointments and lab rechecks ensure your levels stay optimized and your protocol evolves with your needs. We don't set it and forget it.
Monitoring frequency tailored to your treatment phase.
Concierge Physician Access
Direct access to your physician — not a nurse line or a portal. Questions between appointments are answered promptly by the doctor managing your care.
The concierge experience that sets myTRTmd apart.
Evidence-Based Care
Every recommendation is grounded in current medical literature. We stay current on TRT research so your care reflects the best available evidence — not trends.
Board-certified physician with ongoing continuing medical education.

A Different Standard
Normal Does Not Mean Optimal
Most labs flag your testosterone as "normal" if it falls anywhere within a broad reference range — a range built from population averages, not from what it takes to feel and perform your best.
A man at the bottom of that range and a man at the top are both told the same thing: you're fine. But they don't feel the same. Low energy, diminished drive, difficulty building muscle, and mental fog are real symptoms — even when your number technically clears the threshold.
At myTRTmd, we don't treat lab values in isolation. We treat the person. Our goal is not to get you to "normal" — it's to get you to optimal.

The Hidden Factor: Endocrine-Disrupting Chemicals
Even men whose testosterone sits squarely in the "normal" range can experience the full symptom burden of low T — and endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs) are increasingly understood to be a significant reason why.
EDCs are synthetic compounds that interfere with the body's hormonal signaling. They can mimic estrogen, block androgen receptors, suppress the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis, and accelerate the conversion of testosterone to estradiol — all without moving your total testosterone number enough to trigger a flag on a standard lab panel.
The result is a man whose testosterone reads 450 ng/dL but whose hormones are functionally impaired at the receptor level. A number alone cannot tell that story. A thorough clinical evaluation can.
Common EDC Exposure Sources
BPA & phthalates
Found in plastics, food packaging, and canned goods — known to suppress testosterone production and elevate estrogen.
Pesticides & herbicides
Organochlorines and glyphosate-based compounds have documented anti-androgenic effects in human studies.
Personal care products
Parabens and synthetic fragrances in shampoos, deodorants, and lotions act as weak estrogens.
Non-stick cookware coatings
PFAS compounds ("forever chemicals") are associated with lower testosterone and disrupted HPG axis signaling.
Tap water contaminants
Atrazine, pharmaceutical estrogens, and chlorine byproducts are detectable in municipal water supplies.
Thermal receipts & paper dust
BPA is absorbed transdermally from receipt paper — a commonly overlooked daily exposure.
